License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to play the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. The game's code, graphics, sounds and name belong to Mech App Studio.
Account
- You are responsible for your account; don't share your password.
- An account can be played on only one device at a time. When you sign in on another device, cloud backup stops on the previous device.
- Usernames may not contain profanity, hate speech, impersonation or misleading content; we may change such names or close the account.
Virtual items and purchases
- Crystals, packs, VIP tiers and other virtual items can only be used in the game; they cannot be exchanged for real money, sold or transferred.
- Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Refund requests are handled under Google Play's refund policy.
- Items are granted only after the payment is verified. A purchase that couldn't be delivered due to a connection problem is delivered automatically once you're back online; payments that cannot be verified are refunded by Google Play.
- The in-game value of virtual items and the game balance may change over time.
Fair play
Cheating, modified apps, automation tools, exploiting bugs, manipulating the device clock or attacking the server is forbidden. If we detect it we may reset progress, revoke rewards or close the account.
Changes to the service
We may update the game, add or remove features, or retire it after reasonable notice. Cloud backup and online features require an internet connection and are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, device issues or indirect damages. This does not affect consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy
How your data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current date is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
