Account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your Cybervore: Apex Mech Idle RPG account and its cloud game data here. Developer: Mech App Studio.

How to request

1. Enter the email address on your account (the one you signed in with via Google or email) and your username if you have one in the form.
2. Submit the request. You can also email admin@mechappstudio.com.
3. We may email that address to confirm that the account belongs to you.

Requests are completed within 30 days and you are notified by email.

What is deleted

• Your account (sign-in details: email, Google link, username)
• Your cloud game save (level, resources, items, purchased virtual items)
• The device ID and other cloud data related to the account

Deletion is permanent; your progress and purchased virtual items cannot be restored.

What may be kept

• Purchase records (token digest, product, order number) may be kept for up to 10 years for tax and legal obligations; they are not linked to your game account.
• The deletion request itself is kept for up to 1 year to show that it was fulfilled.

If you didn't create an account

Without an account your data stays on your phone: uninstalling the game deletes it. If you also want the anonymous cloud backup created after level 4 deleted, contact us.
